S3 E1 Jeff from Ohio 3rd Generation Lineman

Welcome to Season 3 and 2025! This week, the guys talked to Jeff from Ohio. He is a third-generation lineman. They talk about Jeff's experience as a distribution lineman, and how the pre-job has become a tool and should be used as such instead of just a task that no one cares about or really pays attention to. Apprentices should not be ashamed to ask questions, especially in the pre-job. It helps them learn and be a better person for the crew as a whole. It benefits everyone.
